How The Program Works:

  • Step 1: Fill out the form with your personal and referral information.
  • Step 2: MASC Medical will contact referral to discuss assignment or discuss organizations staffing needs.
  • Step 3: Reward is paid.

Referral Eligibility:

Professionals and organizations must:

  • Reside in the US
  • Not be in MASC system
  • Be in the healthcare industry –
    • Professionals include physicians, mid-level providers,
      registered nurses, allied health professionals and
      medical IT professionals
    • Organizations include hospitals, private practices, and other various healthcare organizations

Rewards and When They’re Paid:

For every qualified referral:

Both you and the referred healthcare professional will get a 50/50 split of the reward; paid once professional is placed and completes the terms of agreement

Nurses $500

Physicians $1,000

other healthcare professionals – please discuss with healthcare recruiter

OR

You will receive a % for each referred healthcare organization; paid once staffing agreement is signed and first professional is found and placed
